Roman Catholic Parish
Founded in 1920 and 1882 respectively, these two service organizations have formed the backbone of parish life for more than two centuries. The men and women of the CLW and KofC
helped to build the dioceses and parishes that we still enjoy today. They formed our first Pastoral Councils, organized our social outreach programs, served their own communities and brought the Good News
of Jesus Christ into their homes, schools and workplaces.
As the two largest Catholic service organizations in the world, they have provided a voice to those issues of life and service which are closest to the hearts of all Catholics. Through political lobbying and advocacy
they have spoken up for the unborn, the disenfranchized, our impovereshed and abused sons and daugthers.
We are not only greatful for the firm foundations of faith and tradition these two organizations have helped to preserve and hand down to future generations, we are indebted to their deeply spiritual values.
President - Yvonne Kruzeniski
We are the largest women's organization in Canada. At National level, the Federal Government invites the CWL to make presentations
on issues such as biotechnology, farming, the environment, health, marriage, etc.
Our Diocesan Council makes two entrance scholarships available to the University of Regina through Campion College. Our council consistently
supports local and international charities, parish events, and local schools.
If you are a Catholic woman looking to develop personal and spiritual growth through friendship and service to others, why not join the
CWL and make a difference in your faith community? If you have any questions or would like to join the CWL, please do not hesitate to call Yvonne at 585-0672.

Grand Knight - Dale Hjertas
The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic, family oriented, fraternal service organization. Founded in 1882 by Father Micheal J. McGivney, its goal was to provide Catholic men with support and encouragement to remain steadfast in their faith and to provide their families with an elementary insurance policy to provide for the families of members who pass away.
We are an active council with regular monthly meetings from September to June. (Dates and times listed in the bulletin), and a city wide choir. We assist as Altar servers monthly and run regular fund raising activities for seminarians, scholarships, and other charities.
All Catholic men of the parish are invited to join. Contact Grand Knight Darren Polasek at 586-2630 or any Knights of Columbus Member.
