Our Mission: 

Through our Ministry of CARE, we serve the elderly and ill, particularly those who are confined in hospital, long term care, or isolated at home. Within the parish, we call parishioners forth and provide many opportunities for involvement.

Our Vision: 

To continue the work of Christ by providing Prayer Ministry, Lay-led Liturgy in Extendicare Facilities, Lay Pastoral Visitors bringing Holy Communion to the sick, and serving the most vulnerable.

Our Presence: 

To those isolated, we aim to make them know that they are loved by God and not forgotten by our parish family. Our witness is to the dignity of life itself; showing that we love, care for, and value the sacrifice of our parish family members at the time of their greatest vulnerability. We commit to outreach through the ADORE Prayer Ministry, the PRAYER SHAWL Ministry, the CARE CALL Ministry, the CARE CARD Ministry, and most recently, the ROSARY MAKING Ministry.

Our Invitation to Parishioners - 

Become involved in an outreach to help build our parish family:

• JOIN A TEAM to help provide Sunday Lay-led Liturgies at one of our long-term care facilities. We need Presiders, Lectors, Music Leaders, and those who can develop and present a Gospel reflection.
• TRAIN to be a Lay Pastoral Visitor, bringing Holy Communion to isolated parishioners.
• JOIN OUR PRAYER SHAWL Ministry or donate to CTK Ministry of CARE for the purchase of yarn.
• PRAY with our ADORE Prayer Ministers. Join to receive your membership card and button.
• JOIN in our CARE CARD or CARE CALL Ministries to prevent isolation and build connectedness.
• JOIN our ROSARY MAKING SEMINARS this fall and help supply rosaries for the needs of parish families.
