Inexpensive dollar store 8x10 sized frames (with mats) x3, paint (on hand) a background 8.5x11 cardstock or plain paper.  Print PDF on cardstock at an 80% reduced size and tear the edges with a ruler.  The they were mounted with double sided tape and some foam core hidden behind the prayers for some depth.
